We also work with architects and structural engineers, when major building works and extensions are required. Our approved NICEIC electricians and Gas Safe Register Engineers can produce the certifications required for Building Warrant Applications.

Company director, Sara Kheradmand CEng MIMechE, is a Chartered Building Services Engineer, who founded the company in 2022. She brought together the various trades that she was working with individuals, under the roof of 168 Interiors. Her years of experience in the construction industry, from Passivhaus to residential housing developments, allowed her to effectively manage the teams and bring client’s visions to reality.
